I manually, and carefully, pull this completely out. you should see three metal springs sticking out the side and they should all look the same in shape and size. Fair warning to everyone reading this I strongly only recomend doing firmware upgrades if you are having an issue that is noted the firmware fixes. This time, we'll be dealing with restoring a Brother MFC 7820N printer/copier.
If it acts up again I will re post. Same for cars though I guess. if that doesnt solve ure problem i would try cleaning the contacts that conect with the drum inside the proccess cavity.
